Experiencing the attunement to the First Reiki Healing Ray is a beautiful and exciting weekend as you begin to explore energy and sense auras. The focus is on introducing you to reiki and its principles. Doing Reiki Level 1 is a wonderful beginning to your own inner journey as you begin to feel the energy and learn to trust your own instinct - it is a wonderful day of exploration, learning and fun.
On a Reiki 1 weekend:
Each student will be attuned to the First Reiki Healing Ray. During this weekend you learn how to heal yourself, family and friends. You will also gain an understanding into the importance of self treatments, self healing, connection to the 'Divine Source', accepting responsibility for your life and actions which can form part of your continue personal/spiritual development.


You will learn about:
The History of Reiki.
What Reiki is.
The Reiki Principles
The Seven Chakras - what they relate to, their link to the emotions held within the body and affirmations to help heal the chakras
The aura - scanning, cleansing and protecting the aura.
The hand positions used for self treatment and for healing others
How to do a mental & emotional clearance (chair treatments)
Experience guided meditations. 
You will also be shown how to do a full body treatment and will both give and receive a full treatment on the second day of the course.
The 21 day cleanse after your attunement
Attend a 'reiki share' 3 weeks after the attunement
At the end of the weekend you will
be attuned to Level 1 Reiki,
receive a cd with a detailed explanation of what Reiki is,
receive your Reiki One Certificate,
Receive your Reiki 1 Manual
Have continued support from me. 
Three weeks after the attunement weekend, a share will be organised for all students to answer any questions, revise techniques and to give and receive a reiki treatment.
