Meditation Classes
Course objectives:
* How & why meditation works - both spiritually & scientifically
* The numerous benefits of meditation - e.g. rejuvenation of the body, unlocking creativity, releasing stress, gaining inner wisdom, developing intuition, etc.
* Many different ways to meditate - e.g. focusing on the breath, or colours, sounds, visualisations, etc.
* How to incorporate regular meditation into your daily life.
