| Martina Maloney | Welcome Back Studio | Services offered: Counselling, Phyllis Krystal Method Alexander Technique
| I am a full-time teacher of the Alexander Technique and was introduced to the Phyllis Krystal method in my last year of training 2005. My experience in life is that we keep repeating ways of use and ways of behaviour and so the above methods have helped me greatly to heal my physical and mental self, which has lead me closer to my real self, some of you may know it as Soul or Spirit.
The Phyllis Kystal Method helps you to release ties that bind you to people, events or experiences that acts as an authority and exerts control over us. Through the use of symbols and visualisation this method assesses the creative part of the brain very quickly to create change in the patterns which can hold us back in life.
It has been a real asset for me to have this method in my life and I was thrilled when I got the opportunity to work with Phyllis Kystal in depth over two year 2008/2009. She is a true inspiration, at 95 yrs old she still continues to spread her method globally and her dedication is a true blessing to all of us.
