| Cara is a qualified Yoga teacher with over 10yrs experience. She holds numerous diplomas in yoga, therapeutic massage, stress management counselling, Anatomy & Physiology & Indian Head massage. She teaches classes in Phibsboro, Samadhi Yoga centre & colleges in Dublin year round to suit all levels.
Cara's original training in Yoga is in the Sivananda tradition, which continues to be her main influence in the way she teaches today. Additional styles include Dynamic vinyasa, Astanga, Iyengar, Ananda & Bikram. All of which continue to deepen her own practices. She teaches meditation practices and also Anatomy & Physiology. Being able to incorporate a varied approach from many yoga schools, Cara brings a challenging yet very therapeutic sequence accessible to all levels in her classes. She encourages everyone to achieve deep-rooted results as well as long lasting & far-reaching benefits from their yoga practice.

I am a Director for Pranic Healing in Ireland, UK and Western Australia in conjunction with IIS Manila. We have now established The Ireland Pranic Healing Centre for Inner Studies. We would like to advise you that regular Pranic Healing Courses such as Basic, Advanced, Psychotherapy, Pranic Crystal Healing and Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul will be conducted in Ireland.
