When asked about what she does Tina merely replies: "I use a totally holistic approach in my healing work I believe that as well as healing our physical ailments we must heal our emotional and spiritual ones too before we can experience a fullness of life. | Ann Burns is a Master Integrated Energy Therapist since 2005 and works in the Cork area. Integrated Energy Therapy works through the angels producing a high level ray, helping to clear physical, mental & emotional issues in a gentle, non invasive technique. She also works with crystals and colour therapy, combined with Touch for Health kinesiology assisting in harmonising the body through muscle testing and rebalancing.

Classes with Nadine are in 8 week blocks. New classes are beginning in Castleconell Parish Hall Co.Limerick on Tuesday 29th April 8pm-10pm and Wednesday morning 30th April 10am-noon.
Classes are open to all levels and last 2 hours. Within the class Nadine will introduce the students to mindful stretching and warm up, several Chi Kung (ENERGY WORK..moving meditation) practices and the Tai Chi form will be learnt week by week.
Nadine has been teaching in Limerick for the last 5 years in Night classes and also works with many special needs groups.
It is her wish to help students find balance, strength and vitality through the classes. |
