By Correspondence, the Course is taken in two parts covering 16 lessons in total.
There is no time structure with this course. You are free to proceed at your own pace and fit in study and practice when you have the time or when it is convenient for you. Lessons are forwarded to students in blocks of two. Completed homework or assignments are returned at your leisure. Sinéad Curran graduated from Trinity College/ DIT in 1993 with an honours degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Since then, she has worked in several areas of clinical nutrition and dietetics, both in the public and private sectors. Enchanted Solstice Sing

One-day workshop on Saturday 21 June 2008



Ever wondered why music, and especially vocal music, is used all over the world in ritualistic, healing and sacred contexts? Ever wanted to further explore this power the voice has to move, sooth, uplift, transcend and transform?



In this workshop we will create a safe, non-exposing space to explore and experiment with our voices. This day of listening, meditation, movement, chanting, toning and singing will leave you both relaxed and uplifted and you will learn some transformative vocal techniques which can bring positive change in your life. We will also mark midsummer, a magical time when the days are longest and the nights are shortest and when ancient peoples gathered in song to celebrate the sun and its life-giving power. The workshop takes place in the idyllic setting of the Sanctuary, an oasis of calm and tranquility in the heart of Dublin, where we can sing in outdoor and indoor circular spaces which really help to intensfy the experience of our vocal sound.

Wednesday Night Singing Course

This course is open to all and will include group harmony singing, chanting and vocal improvisation and plenty of tips on breathing, vocal production, and on connecting with your voice for creativity and stress-release. Open to all, no matter whether you think you can sing or not. A safe, fun singing environment where you can enjoy your vocal expression and explore music styles from soul to gospel to African to folk. All of Dublin’s diverse cultural communities welcome.

There are many different types of blocks in abundance. There are many types of abundance. Lots of us experience unnecessary blocks and then we do not live the abundant life's we are all entitled to. This workshop highlights the blocks that are preventing you from living as you should. Awareness is crucial to understanding why life is the way it is for you. Your beliefs, fears and feelings have a tremendous effect on creating the reality you live in. Isn't it great to know you can choose a better reality for yourself and those you love once you know how. This workshop aims to bring your awareness levels up so you can know what it is that's holding you back and then gives you practical guidelines on what you can do to make positive, healthy changes in your life so you can move forward to a time of greater abundance in every way. We can't fix a problem unless we know what it is, so spend a day helping yourself to achieve your dreams, bringing abundance into your life allows you to live the life you need and deserve and therefore benefits the universe, the more you receive the more you can give back.
This workshop is open to all light workers, pursuing their life's purpose.
