Policies
The hotel has a great location and very friendly and helpful staff, the 24 h reception is very helpful too. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and tidy. We will definitely come back to stay here.
Insanely convenient location that is literally right outside the major station interchange Liverpool Street. The rooms were well maintained and the beds were really comfortable.
Be prepared for Mafia methods whereby they blackmail you into paying some random "service charge" at the end of your stay pretending that it's normal. It's not, even in the rip off world of London...
